The portrait of Severus had been done first. I added the gargoyles later from photos I had taken at Notre Dame.

Thanks! The Gargoyles were fun to do. Though because of its size this picture took a fair amount of time to complete.

Very nice! Well done! I love the moth... And I can totaly understand Neville... I wouln't be too happy if I had a teacher looking at me like that... :)

*chuckles* I really like it....especially the touch with the moth (for some reason I always associate Snape with moths, somehow....^^'...) and the expression is classic......

Another fave, simply because it has the moth....*grins* (that and it's really good!)

Likely story.
Yeah somehow the image needed a moth. Maybe the nocturnal aspect. . . I see Snape as a night creature.

Oh yes....Snape is deffinately a creature of the night......I don't think I can picture him outside unless it's dark and rainy.....I get the distinct impression he's very rarely seen sunlight.....

I think you did a great job! Although something seems to be off about his face....can't put my finger on it...I absoloutely :heart: the shading on his robes! I'm always soooo lazy to do his robes ^^;
